As an integrative, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist, my treatment approach includes compassionate support and practical interventions to help clients navigate current challenges and long-standing issues. With sensitivity and skill, I lead individuals and couples through journeys of hope and healing, helping them to learn strategies and techniques for coping with a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues. Blending conventional and alternative approaches, I draw on a variety of styles and treatment modalities in order to create a way forward that is tailored to clients' needs, helping them to build on their own strengths as they strive for fulfillment and success in achieving personal goals.

Currently, I am offering telehealth counseling via: FaceTime, WhatsApp, Signal, Zoom, and telephone.

I am a LIcensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the State of Maryland.  I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC).
